Thanks to the successful integration of our business’ Sales and Aftermarket teams that came into effect as of January 2026, we are now able to deliver these key services from ten Service Centres across the UK. Supported by our growing network of field service engineers, this means customers are able to reap the benefits of a more localised, enhanced service that ensures a faster turnaround for repairs and enables optimal fleet uptime. This includes accidental or minor damage repairs, as well as the full or partial refurbishment of any Terberg bin lift.

Each Service Centre is fully equipped to carry out this vital work, seeing your bin lifts and weighing systems are restored to the best possible working condition, further extending their service life. We’re even able to provide custom repair and maintenance packages, depending on our customers’ individual requirements, helping you receive the support best suited to your needs. Importantly, we also want to make certain customers gain the most value from their investment, so work closely with you to try to reduce future costs with preventative care.

Why come to us to take care of your components?

All of our components are OEM-approved, genuine parts that are purpose-built for Terberg bin lifts. As the manufacturer of all Dennis Eagle and Terberg Matec UK products, and the UK leader within our market, our highly trained, technical experts are best placed to give your refuse collection vehicles the attention and care they deserve. By trusting in our genuine components, this keeps your equipment efficient, and more importantly, safe, ensuring all operational and safety standards are met. A 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on our components also gives customers the reassurance of reliable support should anything ever go wrong.

What’s more, we are the only business in the UK qualified to install Terberg bin lift compaction control upgrade (BCCU). As the predominant safety feature of our automatic bin lifts and compaction bodies, it is critical to ensure BCCU remains fully compliant.
